Wobblers & Wheelies Disabled Sports Club
|
Welcome to our disabled sports and swimmming club
We have trained coaches to assist you. If you can't swim we will teach you on a one to one basis. Update: We are currently not using the Sports Hall at the present time. In the Sports Hall there is an opportunity to try out Short Mat Bowls even from a wheelchair. Other games such as pool, billiards, table tennis, badminton, darts, dominoes, chess as well as a current favourite rummikub are available. Our members also have access to the Fitness Suite gym at the Leisure Centre. Why don't you come along on a Friday Evening, you will be very welcome. You are never too old or too disabled. We always welcome new helpers too. You could be a helper as part of a Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme community service. |
